Since its establishment in 1920 as a comprehensive manufacturer of heat and energy appliances, Rinnai Corporation, has been providing various products that meet the diversified needs of customers under the keywords of “safety and peace of mind,” “comfort,” and “environmentally friendly.
CONCEPT
For MCE trade show in Milan, we developped something that had to be overwhelming, embracing, fresh and unpredictable. The project starts from an ambitious idea: a wave breaking on the beach.
REALIZATION
The white structure is up to 7 meters high and has perfectly balanced geometries.
The products shown, with exceptional performances, are highlighted by the play of light and shadow created by the empty cubes which, all together, simulate wave motion.
Despite the structure’s stiffness, the empty part of the cubes performs a double function: in addition to giving emphasis and softness to the exhibit, it simulates water transparency and allows light going through.
