We are looking for a committed and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our exhibition projects at various trade shows across the United States. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the technical team and on-site workforce, ensuring all stages of site setup are completed efficiently, on time, and with the correct tools and materials available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the timely execution of site installations to meet project deadlines.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles before installation to ensure delivery schedules are maintained.
- Monitor labor costs and ensure the project remains within budget.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client interactions, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Work closely with technical and administrative staff from trade show organizations to ensure seamless on-site operations.
- Evaluate and manage the required equipment and tools for site setup and installation.

- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in operating and managing woodworking machinery.
- Proven experience in site supervision and project management.
- Solid understanding of construction site safety regulations.
- Familiarity with trade show regulations and administrative processes.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the United States.
