Intralot, global leader in the gaming sector, had a clear objective: to replicate the quality and style of their European and worldwide exhibits here in the US.
This was a difficult assignment given the complexity of the project and the short time available for installing the exhibition—a day and a half for 2500 square feet of exhibit space.
We developed a detailed breakdown of the time and assembly methods in order to show the client that this challenge was doable, if approached with proper planning.
A six-person A&M team, an outside group of six Atlanta-based carpenters, the Fabric Images staff managing the installation of the fabric petals, and another team handling the intricate stand illumination—all joined forces to successfully complete the stand in about 36 hours.
Mission accomplished. Intralot’s exhibit at NASPL matched the quality and style of ones they’d held in Europe. According to the client and visitors, the result was truly exceptional, and we feel the images and video fully support that conclusion. This achievement was reached in the only way possible—through careful, meticulous project management capable of coordinating production and assembly from A to Z, leaving zero room for error.
